Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends without paying. If you're not satisfied after being charged, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all Heylo orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at villarudicompany@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel from Settings → Plan & billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
